TOPLINE EXPRESS LOGISTICS (China) successfully Handles Two Sets of Transformer Shipments for Argentina New Energy Project

TOPLINE EXPRESS LOGISTICS (TEL), your Connecta partner in China, successfully completed the pre-loading inspection, export customs clearance, and ship loading of two sets of transformers and their accessories at Zhangjiagang port on 3 August 2025. The shipment, which belongs to a new energy project in Argentina, consisted of 69 packages, totaling 378 metric tons and 808 cubic metres. Each transformer measures 7.93(L) x 2.86(W) x 4.47(H) metres and weighs 97 metric tons.

TEL project logistics team prepared a detailed operation schedule in early July and coordinated closely with the carrier, exporter, truckers, ship agent and a third-party surveyor. The TEL team monitored the ship status closely and overcame two challenges:

• The port of loading was not designated by the carrier until 11 July due to heavy congestion at Chinese ports along the Yangtze River, which delayed the application for the road transport permits that typically require at least seven days.
• The shipper wanted to deliver the cargo earlier, but the port’s limited space prevented this, while the carrier required all cargo to be ready in advance and the exporter was reluctant to have trucks waiting, leaving the TEL team to carefully balance the needs of all parties.

Through close coordination and careful planning, TOPLINE EXPRESS LOGISTICS ensured that all goods were delivered to the port on time and loaded onto the ship for export to Argentina.
