“DELIVER America continues to demonstrate the value of precision matchmaking in retail logistics,” said Stéphane Tomczak, Founder & Chairman of DELIVER. “Every meeting is designed with purpose, connecting decision-makers who can drive tangible progress for their organizations. By combining curated connections with world-class content, DELIVER is shaping a more collaborative and innovative global supply chain.”
At the heart of DELIVER’s success is its proprietary matchmaking technology, which enables retailers and solution providers to schedule meetings based on carefully aligned profiles, goals, and capabilities. This precision ensures that every interaction is commercially relevant, driving meaningful partnerships and accelerating supply chain innovation.
“DELIVER America brought together the right mix of ecosystem partners – from integrators to 3PLs to carriers – under one roof, providing an environment for collaboration and partnership discussions through a focused one-to-one format,” said Sahil Singla, Head of WW Marketing Operations and Analytics at Amazon. “It’s a great forum for driving meaningful industry dialogue.”
Hosted by Kate Hardcastle MBE, known as “The Customer Whisperer”, the Keynote Stage delivered an engaging and insight-driven program featuring senior leaders from across the global retail and supply chain sectors. A standout panel, “The Only Constant is Change: Tariffs and the Future of Global Supply Chain”, brought together Ellen Kapiloff (Lacoste), Abe Eshkenazi (Association for Supply Chain Management), Prashant Shah (SwagUp), and Kerim Kfuri (The Atlas Network) to examine the geopolitical and economic forces reshaping global trade and the strategies supply chains must adopt to adapt. Todd Soller (Patagonia) and Deborah Dull (Circular Supply Chain Network) explored Scope 3 emissions, highlighting collaboration and innovation as key drivers of sustainable transformation, while Niraj Jha (Niagara Bottling) shared how AI and automation are evolving supply chains from reactive, human-driven dashboards into predictive, autonomous decision engines.
Beyond its renowned one-to-one meetings, DELIVER America 2025 delivered a rich program of experiences designed to spark connection, dialogue, and celebration across the retail logistics community. The Women in Retail Breakfast, hosted by Pauke Corstens of The Investment Mindset, set an empowering tone with open conversations on inclusive leadership, mentorship, and how today’s leaders can open doors for tomorrow’s. Meanwhile, the introduction of Elite Tables created space for focused, solution-oriented roundtable discussions tackling today’s most pressing supply chain challenges.
On the eve of the event, senior executives gathered for the Elite Dinner at the Las Vegas Country Club, sponsored by G-Global, where a relaxed setting – complete with golf chipping and networking – sparked genuine peer-to-peer connections ahead of two days of meetings and content. The following evening, attendees came together for a vibrant, Halloween-themed Networking Party at the Paris Hotel Pool Deck, featuring thriller-style dancers and on-site makeup artists – a lively evening that perfectly captured DELIVER America’s energy and sense of community.
Celebrating the spirit of collaboration and excellence, the DELIVER Vendor Awards once again recognized the standout solution providers shaping the future of retail logistics. Voted for exclusively by attending retailers, this year’s honorees included Lojistic (Game Changer Award), ShipHero (Sustainability Award), Narvar (Customer Experience Award), Slip Robotics (Rising Star Award), and Mushiny Robotics (Brand Excellence Award).
Reflecting DELIVER’s mission-led ethos and commitment to responsible business, the Las Vegas edition – the first since the company achieved official mission-led status in September 2025 – was once again hosted as a fully carbon-neutral and profit-neutral event, continuing a standard DELIVER has upheld since its inception and reinforcing the brand’s dedication to measurable sustainability and meaningful impact across its global portfolio of events.
Building on the momentum from Las Vegas, DELIVER will bring its proven matchmaking model to upcoming editions in Dubai (January 21+22, 2026), Singapore (March 4+5, 2026), Amsterdam (June 3+4, 2026), and a return to Las Vegas (October 6+7, 2026).
