SBS Logistics (Indonesia)

SBS Group is a Japan-based global logistics group headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Established in 1987, SBS Group has grown into an international logistics organization providing comprehensive transportation and supply chain solutions, including trucking, warehousing, freight forwarding, and distribution services.

PT Tangguh Jaya Pratama (TJP) was established in 2012 and is part of the TANGGUH Group, an Indonesian logistics group with a strong presence in the local market. TJP provides transportation and logistics services, including trucking, drayage, local distribution, and supply chain solutions, serving both domestic and international customers.

As part of SBS Group strategy to strengthen its presence in the Indonesian logistics market, SBS Holdings, Inc acquired PT Tangguh Jaya Pratama on February, 2025. Following the acquisition, TJP became part of the SBS Group network, combining SBS Group's international logistics capabilities with TJP's local expertise and established network in Indonesia.
