Tieffe (Italy) is involved with regional Food Bank solidarity

Tieffe Group srl, your Connecta partners from Italy, are proudly supporting the campaign “Freddo tutto l’anno” (Cold All Year) of the NGO Banco Alimentare, the Food Bank from Tuscany. Tieffe has made a generous donation to the Freddo campaign for this Christmas, demonstrating that, even in this period of crisis, solidarity is always at the fore.

This crowdfunding initiative will help to equip the Food Bank’s regional distribution structures with freezers and isothermal containers to allow the distribution and shipping of fresh and frozen food to every family in need. The Food Bank of Tuscany, which assists in the regional territory, reaches almost 100,000 people who need it most.

In addition to the improvement of the storage of goods, there will also be a greater recovery of food from other points, thus avoiding further waste.
